Chick-fil-a opens its first restaurants in Nevada

Earlier this week, the famous fast food restaurant Chick-fil-a opened its doors for the first time in the state of Nevada with two new stores on January 26. Eager fans in the Las Vegas area finally got to taste the restaurant's well-known chicken sandwiches.

In fact, some Chick-fil-a fans were so anxious to get in line that they even set up tents and sleeping bags the day before in order to get in the front of the line. One fan told the press that this was the moment he had been waiting for ever since I first tried their chicken sandwiches over 3 and a half years ago.

On the opening day of January 26, the line of people in front of both the Chick-fil-a restaurants grew long enough that the police were called in to help keep it moving (and probably get in line themselves). Fortunately, there wasn't too much trouble keeping both lines in order. It wasn't surprising how long the line was, one officer quoted, considering the popularity of the restaurant.

In the first 24 hours of its opening, both Chick-fil-a's had over a thousand customers put together. The two restaurants are located at at 460 N Stephanie St, Henderson and 9925 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas with 3 more coming soon.
